Lube Master for Windows is a powerful customer tracking tool. Each time your customer enters the lube center and makes a purchase, that information is captured in a database.

Lube Master stores transaction level detail that is used to track the customer's buying habits and frequency. Detailed information is essential when marketing directly to your customers. The customer query utility allows you to search the customer database on any criteria you select. For example: Lube Master can provide a list of all customers that have not been in your facility in the last 2 months and averaging over $30.00 a visit.

Even if the customer's information is not in the system, Lube Master can track the car and store all transaction information, bonus points and events related to that vehicle. Once the customer's information is provided this historic information can be tied to that customer. Multiple vehicles can be linked to a customer giving you a powerful marketing tool.

All customer information can be used by any Windows based word processor or database program to generate personalized direct mailer pieces.

Bonus Points Program

You can reward your customers whenever they make a purchase. You can tailor a bonus points system based on each service. Points may be awarded for every service. These points are redeemed later for services. To apply the awarded bonus points, the cashier simply highlights the discount which appears in the customer promotion window and the discount is applied. With Lube Master for Windows, you have the power to program bonus points based on how you want to market your lube center.

Birthday Program

With Lube Master, you are able to store the customer's birthday, and reward that customer with a free service or special birthday discount. You can set the discount up to work within a specified date range. For example, if a customer comes in within five days of their birthday, an oil change is only half price. This gives your customer time to take advantage of your special offer.

Frequency Discount

Lube Master allows you to program discounts based on how quickly the customer returns to your site. For example, if a customer purchases an oil change and then returns within two months, he can receive a percentage or fixed dollar amount off the service. If he returns within three months, he can receive a smaller percentage or fixed dollar amount off the service. This frequency discount can be applied to the customer, car or both. With the Lube Master for Windows program, you have the power to program frequency discounts based on how you would like to market your lube center. Customer Survey

When it comes to keeping track of your customers' perception of your site, Lube Master provides a powerful survey tool.
